Energy and experience to make things happen

Mary demonstrates proven success with national, regional and nonprofit organizations.

As an executive director for 14 years, she led award-winning nonprofits to double their growth while preserving the high quality of their services. Working both as a consultant and staff development leader for 30 years, Mary has worked with her partner organizations to raise more than $100 million over the course of her career.

Mary partners with her clients on both short and long-term projects. She is especially interested helping smaller-to-mid-sized nonprofit organizations develop their capacity to compete. She finds herself perpetually inspired by nonprofit leaders working to level the playing field for underserved and diverse populations.

Mary holds a Masters in Nonprofit Management (MNM) from Regis University where she was both an instructor in fundraising and later a Colorado Trust Fellow. She was one of the first Colorado-based development professionals in the mid-1980s to earn accreditation as a Certified Fund Raising Executive (CFRE).
